Seasoned Chicken in Basil Cream Sauce

Oh my goodness! This was so good and my husband loved it too. It's definitely a winner and I will be making it again soon. 
Chicken in Basil Cream Sauce

1 cup milk
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
4 chicken breasts (cut in half)
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups whipping cream
1 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cut grated Parmesan cheese

1. Flatten chicken
2. Place milk in a bowl and bread crumbs in a seperate bowl. Dip chicken in milk and then coat with crumbs. 
3. In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in butter until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm in oven. 
4. Add chicken broth to skillet and stir to loosen up browned bits from pan. Stir in cream, basil, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and whisk in parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
