8 Week Fitness Challenge

I recently started an 8 week fitness challenge. If you are anything like me, I hate diets. Luckily, this is NOT a diet. It is a healthier lifestyle.  I still eat all the normal stuff I eat, I just don't eat as much of it. I eat more fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water, exercise daily, etc. At first I thought it would be hard, but it is actually quite easy.

Here are the rules/directions for the fitness challenge. First of all, it is eight weeks long. Everyone puts $10 in and at the end of the eight weeks, there will be two winners; The person with the highest percentage of weight loss and the person with the most points. I don't have much weight to lose, so I am definitely shooting for the most points. The Sunday before you start, everyone weighs themselves.   At the end of every week, you report to the fitness leader and give them both your points and your percentage of weight loss (make sure to weigh yourself around the same time every week). Each week there are double points on one thing. For example, normally, you get 7 points for exercising for 45 minutes, but on the week that it is double points, you would get 14 points. Below is an example of what you have to do to get points. As you can see, the double points for the week is the 64 oz water.
