German Pancakes

German pancakes breakfast with delicious syrup and powdered sugar
German Pancakes
This is one of my favorite breakfast recipes. I first had German Pancakes (aka: dutch babies) at my friends house when I was little. After that, I made these almost every weekend. I don't know if this is actually a recipe that the dutch make, but they should definitely claim it because it is so delicious.

German Pancakes Recipe

3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter

1. Beat the eggs, then add milk and flour. Blend together. 
2. Melt in oven, 1/4 cup butter in a pie pan or 9x9 glass dish. Add egg mixture to pan. 
3. Cook in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled on top and syrup.
