Bean & Cheese Burrito

Bean and Cheese Burrito

Do you love taco time's crispy burritos? If so, you will love these. This recipe is a copycat of taco time's bean and cheese burrito. The best thing about this recipe is it is quick and easy!  If you're worried about all the fat from frying them, you can broil them in the oven for a few minutes until lightly brown. They will still be crispy, but without all the fat.

Bean and Cheese Burrito Recipe

Ingredients:
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup vegetable oil
Salsa or hot sauce

Instructions:
1. Mix refried beans, taco seasoning, and cheese together. Spread about 2-3 spoonfuls of mixture on edge of one half of tortilla. Roll up tortilla.
2. Heat oil in pan or fryer. When hot, add burritos. Cook until lightly brown. Enjoy!
