Wingers Sticky Fingers (Copycat Recipe)

Wingers Sticky Fingers Copy Cat Recipe with dipping sauce
Wingers Sticky Fingers Copycat Recipe

I love wingers sticky fingers. Whenever they have their all you can eat sticky fingers, I am there. I found this copycat recipe for Wingers Sticky Fingers and had to try it. And guess what? It tastes just like it! It is quick and easy too. All you have to do is buy a bag of frozen chicken finger, fry or bake them, and then dip them in your homemade winger sauce.

Wingers Sticky Fingers (Copycat )

1/3 cup Franks Hot Sauce (Don't use any other Hot Sauce. It won't taste as good)
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1 pkg. frozen breaded chicken tenders
1 cup oil (for frying the chicken)

In saucepan, heat the hot sauce, brown sugar and water until all the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature before adding to wings or prepare ahead of time and refrigerate. These turn out best if you don't pour warm sauce over them. Also, make sure to completely dissolve the sugar or your sauce will be more of a candy coating. Learn from my mistake, candy does not taste good with chicken. If you follow the directions and make this right, it is SOOOO GOOD!

In a frying pan (I use my fryer), heat oil and cook chicken tenders until crispy and warm. Dip each piece of chicken in the sauce so it is completely covered and move to serving plate, pour any remaining sauce over the chicken. Serve with special dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Special Dipping Sauce:
Mix hidden valley ranch with some of the extra sauce.

*If you want to go a little lighter you can also bake the chicken tenders instead of frying, they still taste really good. After cooking in oven, broil them for about a minute or 2 to make them nice and crisp.
