I absolutely love my crockpot. There's nothing better than throwing a few ingredients together and then being able to forget about your food. This Lasagna Soup recipe is quite tasty and it's EASY! Did I mention I love easy recipes?

Slow Cooker Lasagna Soup Recipe

19 oz italian sausage links
1 onion, dices
5 garlic, minced
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
2 (14 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 (4 ox) can of fire-toasted green chilies
2 bay leaves (Keep whole so you can remove right before adding the pasta.)
6 cups chicken broth
10-12 oz uncooked pasta shells
salt and pepper to taste
Ricotta or mozzarella cheese for topping

Combine all the ingredients together in a 6 qt slow cooker, except the pasta and cheese. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Add pasta during the last 30 minutes. Top with cheese; let melt and then serve. It's as easy as that!
