Last Minute Roll Recipe (Quick & Easy)
Ingredients:
1 cup + 2 Tbsp warm water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp active dry yeast (this is about 3 packets)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3 1/2 cups flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix water, oil, yeast, and sugar together in the electric mixer bowl. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Add the salt and egg. Mix thoroughly. Gradually add the flour. Divid into 12 equal pieces and shape into round balls. Place onto a greased glass 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Tips: The dough seemed really doughy, so I added a little bit more flour. You also may need to cook it slightly longer than what it says. Just keep an eye on it.
