Sweet Honey Crockpot Chicken
This chicken recipe is definitely a keeper. It is so easy to make and tastes so good! If you are as busy as I am, recipes like this one are exactly what you're looking for.

Sweet Honey Crockpot Chicken Recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
pepper, to taste
4 tsp cornstarch dissolve in 2-3 Tbsp water

Put chicken  in crockpot. In small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 3-4 hours or on high 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from crockpot; leave sauce.

Add cornstarch mixture; stir until combines. Replace lid and cook sauce on high for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Cut chicken into bit size pieces and then return to pot. Mix until chicken is completely covered with sauce. Serve over rice or noodles.
